A Little NachtMusik

Somehow I never seem to post about food on here. I don't really understand why, as my lunacy extends itself far beyond the snaking insidious tendrils of fashion...
I don't have any energy today. Another doctor's appointment tomorrow and I can't grasp the meaning of anyone's words as to why I need to keep going. It doesn't seem to effect anything but my insurance-less pocketbook. I think that's the first time in my entire life that I've ever used the word "pocketbook" in a sentence. Anyway, this is a fresh vine-ripened tomato, mushroom, garlic, heavy cream and red wine pasta sauce topped with a fresh ricotta cheese and served over linguine. It was devastatingly excellent.
